- Individual Health
- Marriage Health
- Family Health
- Community Health
Please email your submission to MormonStories@gmail.com. Your email should include:
- Your story
- Your name
- The category your story falls into (see above)
- A photo that shows your face
- A statement giving Mormon Stories permission to use your story, your name and your photo for publicity purposes
