Ron Hubbard personally, and became David Miscavige’s “right hand man” as he lead Scientology’s “Office of Special Affairs” (OSA). The OSA handled media and public relations, legal and government relations, and dealing with the “enemies of Scientology.”
Mike appeared in the Scientology documentary “Going Clear,” as well as in the documentary TV Series “Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath.” He currently co-hosts a podcast with Leah Remini called “Scientology: Fair Game.”

You mentioned in the interview about dealing with criticism. Thought this old article from Forbes from 2015 would give you great insight, at least these are the methods I have been taught as I am pursuing a degree in Engineering Management.
