  1. There seems to be kind of a conundrum with the terms sex and gender. On one hand, the pro-gbtq+ crowd has insisted on clarifying the definitions for “sex” and “gender” for the rest of society (which I appreciate). On the other hand, in certain contexts the terms sex and gender are conflated by the pro-lgbtq+ crowd.

The church policy said nothing about designating “gender markers” on church records, but y’all put those words in the church’s mouth. The church made it clear that they will designate “biological sex at birth” and then John implies that parents and doctors err when selecting gender for a baby. What the hell are you talking about?

Don’t birth certificates designate biological sex? Then why is John using the word gender in the context of birth certificates?

When designating a baby’s biological sex, I’m assuming that doctors get it right upward of 99% of the time. Definitely no less than 98% of the time, based on the stats y’all shared today.
